COURSE DETAILS
This fireguard test prep course shall better train students to successfully complete the FDNY Computer-based exams at Fire Department Headquarters.
This FDNY Fireguard test prep course prepares the student for the following certificates issued by the FDNY:
- F-01 Fireguard For Impairments
- F-02 Fireguard For Shelters
- F-03/F-04 Fireguard For Public Assembly Area (Permanent & Temporary)
Some of the covered topics in this FDNY fire guard training course include but are not limited to:
- Classes of fires
- Portable fire extinguishers
- Emergency response to fire & non-fire emergencies
- Fire protection systems - Sprinklers/Standpipes/Fire Alarm Systems
- NYC codes that are covered on the test
- Identifying what NYC fire code defines specific duties of fire guards
Students can head over to FDNY after passing, the headquarters are located within walking distance of our offices.
