Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for and participating in the Guardian Group Services Affiliate Program (the "Program"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Agreement") and any amendments or additional rules that we may establish from time to time.

2. Program Overview

Guardian Group Services provides services related to security guard training, Armed Guard Training, OSHA Construction training, Fire Safety Training, Self Defense Training, Red Cross Training . As an affiliate, you will promote our services and earn a commission for referring customers who complete qualifying actions (such as purchasing our services or signing up for consultations).

3. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Have an active website, blog, or social media presence that is consistent with the values of Guardian Group Services.
• Agree to provide accurate and truthful information in your application to join the Program.

We reserve the right to reject or terminate any affiliate account that does not meet these requirements.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to:

• Use only approved promotional methods to promote Guardian Group Services, such as banner ads, links, and content provided by Guardian Group Services.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including those related to advertising, data privacy, and intellectual property.
• Ensure that your content does not infringe on the rights of any third party, including trademarks, copyrights, or privacy rights.
• Not engage in misleading, deceptive, or unethical marketing practices, including spamming, false advertising, or misleading claims about Guardian Group Services.

5. Referral Links and Tracking

Once accepted into the Program, you will receive a unique affiliate tracking link. This link will allow us to track your referrals and any corresponding commissions. You are responsible for ensuring the link is used properly and that tracking remains intact.

We are not responsible for any lost or missed commissions if your affiliate link is not used correctly or is tampered with in any way.

6. Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn commissions based on successful referrals, defined as customers who:

• Purchase services from Guardian Group Services.
• Complete a desired action, such as filling out a form or signing up for a consultation, as outlined in the Program.

The commission rate and payment structure will be communicated to you upon approval into the Program. Commissions are typically paid on a [monthly/quarterly] basis, with any minimum payout thresholds clearly outlined.

Guardian Group Services reserves the right to change the commission structure at any time, with prior notice.

7. Payments

Affiliates will receive commissions via the payment method specified during registration. Payments will be processed only for commissions that are earned and confirmed.

We reserve the right to withhold payments for any suspected fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or payment disputes. Additionally, commissions may be adjusted if a referred customer cancels or returns a service within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Term and Termination

This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate your participation in the Program at any time by providing written notice to Guardian Group Services. We may terminate this Agreement or suspend your affiliate account if you violate any terms or engage in unethical behavior, at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease, and you must remove all promotional materials related to Guardian Group Services from your website and social media platforms.

9. Intellectual Property

By participating in the Program, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Guardian Group Services' logos, banners, and other promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting our services. You may not modify or alter any of the materials provided without prior written consent.

Any intellectual property rights related to Guardian Group Services' brand, products, or services remain the property of Guardian Group Services.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

You agree to comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws. Any personal data collected from customers or users must be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may not collect, store, or use any customer data beyond what is necessary for the referral process.

11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Guardian Group Services makes no representations or warranties regarding the effectiveness or success of the Program. We do not guarantee any specific earnings or results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guardian Group Services is not liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from your participation in the Program, the use of our services, or your promotional activities.

12. Modification of the Program and Terms

Guardian Group Services reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time, with or without notice. Any changes to the terms and conditions will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued participation in the Program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York State without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through [arbitration/mediation] in New York State.

14. Miscellaneous

• Independent Contractors: You are an independent contractor, and nothing in this Agreement creates an employer-employee relationship, partnership, or joint venture between you and Guardian Group Services.
• Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings related to the subject matter.
• Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect.

By joining the Guardian Group Services Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
